Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mobco4Ir website and any order you place with MOBCO 4IR (Pty) Ltd, Reg No. 2021/344190/07 ("Mobco4Ir", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to form a legally binding contract under South African law to place an order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@mobco4ir.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Products, pricing and availability

Product names, descriptions and images are sourced from our distributors and, where possible, corrected for clarity — occasional inaccuracies or supplier stock changes can occur. Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct a genuine pricing or listing error before an order is dispatched; if that happens, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process your order. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we do not store your card details. An order confirmation does not guarantee stock — if an item cannot be fulfilled we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for it.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide within South Africa using third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, address accuracy and stock location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

6. Cancellation and returns

You have a right to cancel an order and return goods purchased through this site within 7 days of receipt, without giving a reason, under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 — subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy, which also covers your rights for defective or faulty goods under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer or distributor warranty. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the relevant manufacturer or distributor.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data on the site.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish site content or pricing without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Mobco4Ir name, logo and site content (excluding manufacturer trademarks, product images and descriptions owned by third parties) belong to MOBCO 4IR (Pty) Ltd and may not be used without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobco4Ir is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a delayed delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
